Once you have completed the Registration Form, you can:

• Click on the Print Icon (red arrow) to print a copy, and then drop it off at the Parish Office, or…
• Click on the Download Icon (blue arrow) to save the completed registration form, and then e-mail the saved file to office@CathedralPB.com.
