Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults

RCIA is the initiation process for adults who are interested in becoming Catholic. It is for those who have never been baptized or who were baptized in a non–Catholic faith and now wish to consider joining the Catholic Church.

The RCIA is a step-by-step process, with no pressure to commit to the Catholic faith, in which interested persons explore the beliefs and traditions of the Catholic Church over a period of several months or years, as needed.
